All of the litle widgets please. I know its the stock weather and Intelliscreen x, but I need to know what those toggles are and how to get them

All of the litle widgets please. I know its the stock weather and Intelliscreen x, but I need to know what those toggles are and how to get them
Looks like overkill on the settings toggles. One is ncsettings and the other is isx quick settings toggles. How many wifi on off buttons are necessary?
