i've already ordered the 3gs so bypass all the insurance & warranty talk, i have the passcode lock on, had the service suspended, & reported it stolen. Is there anything else i can do to stop my phone from being used???

since you had the service suspended, unless the person who stole it has an extra SIM laying around, there is no way they'll be able to use it
dude same thing happened to me...in april.... some damn kid stole mine.. right out of my locker.... alot of nights of crying myself to sleep...

Did you set the passcode lock to wipe the iphone after 10 consecutive wrong password attempts?
At least they cant get into your info or use your simcard on another phone.

I suggest you all get two holsters.
One for the phone, and one for a gun. Keeps eyes off your phone 😉

There's a setting on the phone to turn this feature on. IF by chance he had 3.0 already loaded and the feature turned on, he could do it since Wed.
