She's on vacation in another state (Florida) and camping at a RV campground. She for some reason took it off in the public bathrooms while taking a shower and someone took it. She called me in a panic and I logged into her account and put it into Lost Mode. On the website, it doesn't list the entire serial number, just the last 4 digits. She had called the police and they are asking for that. Is there anywhere I can get it for her? Anything else I should know/do for her?

Have her call Apple directly, provide her Apple credentials/ID and they should have the Apple Watch on file, where they can provide the serial number for her. It’s literally a five minute process.

And, unfortunately, there’s nothing really the Police can do in situations with a stolen Apple Watch . It’s like cash, once it’s stolen, it’s gone. Once the individual who stole it, realizes that they can’t use the watch/pair it, then they’ll just try to sell it locally (Or online) to scam someone else.

Wouldn’t the Apple Support app have that info under the account settings?

You’re Probably right, I’ve never tried that before. But if the OP’s mom wouldn’t be able to access that or know how to, then I will just make a direct phone call to Apple personally.

Good News!: By using the "Find My" app, the police were able to track the watch to a gas station in Florida where it turns out a 16 year old employee of said gas station had stole and was wearing the watch. She had it on but hadn't figured out how to get past the security features.

Isn’t it in the Watch app on her phone?

Go to general and then about. It should be there.

Yeah if the watch is still paired to the phone, the serial number can be easily found in the Watch App.

Great outcome! :)

Future FYI - On your moms iphone, Settings > iCloud account at the top, selecting that ... near the bottom of this page you'll see all devices connected under her icloud account. herein you'll see the Watch. Tap that and it'll show you model, storage and serial number.

Excellent outcome. Your mom has a blessing. Too bad for that 16yr old ... she had a job and I'm sure solid hours and even OT. If a kid at 14yrs old working for McDonald's can afford a Nike+ Apple Watch in 3mths this girl should've been able to. She'll feel the sting and learn from stealing, if she really did vs scammed and purchased it only to find out screwed over.

Another thief busted by Find My. Excellent! 👍
