In the past, any time we had an issue with a phone or an Apple product, it seemed that the people in the store, genius bar or other wise, would go out of their way to help resolve our issue. Maybe it's just the last two people we've happend to work with, but it seems their attitudes toward service and customer satisfaction have gone to crap.

Anyone else experience this recently?

Nope. Last week I was up at Regent Street and they were as helpful as ever, despite the store being packed as usual.

My experience and watching that of others is you get what you give. Act like a dick and they'll treat you like that.

EDIT: Not implying your acted like a dick.
