I am trying to install Snow Leopard on my MBA before shipping it off to someone that purchased it.

I did a 7 pass erase, and Snow Leopard installed fine.
Once it boots up after installing, I get the folder with the ?

What can I do? Is the hard drive screwed up? I don't understand what happened or what I can do to fix this...

When I plug the Snow Leopard USB stick in, Startup Disk only shows a network boot option, and when I held down Option during boot, I got some weird menu that showed wireless networks.

I did previously have Lion on here if that makes any difference, but I did a 7 pass erase.....

Never mind. I'm an idiot.. Did a force shutdown instead of restarting after the install finished.

Reinstalled and properly restarted, and it's fine now!
