This is my ATT iPhone mini.
Why isn’t there any choices for 5G?

In addition to checking if your plan includes 5G, you need to make sure you also use the SIM that came with the phone.

Are you using the SIM that came with the phone? When I got my 12 pro max it came with a new SIM. I had to do a SIM swap to deactivate my old SIM and activate the new one. I have access to 5G.

You need to give us more specifics if you want proper help.

What ATT plan are you on?

If it is anything other than the latest Unlimited Elite/Extra/Starter plans, you won't have 5G.

Lady in loyalty put me on some old plan saying it was still available to her department. She didn’t say it wasn’t 5G compatible.

Only the plans I listed and is what is shown in the link Apple_Robert provided will give you 5G. No other plan will give you 5G.
