iPhone 12 mini Something isn’t right

This is my ATT iPhone mini.
Why isn’t there any choices for 5G?

It doesn't look like your current plan includes 5G. You need to contact AT&T and get a plan that allows 5G data.

Check with ATT. Not all their plans include 5G. I think all the unlimited plans include it for free but I'm not positive.

In addition to checking if your plan includes 5G, you need to make sure you also use the SIM that came with the phone.

Are you using the SIM that came with the phone? When I got my 12 pro max it came with a new SIM. I had to do a SIM swap to deactivate my old SIM and activate the new one. I have access to 5G.

What ATT plan are you on?

If it is anything other than the latest Unlimited Elite/Extra/Starter plans, you won't have 5G.

Only the plans I listed and is what is shown in the link Apple_Robert provided will give you 5G. No other plan will give you 5G.
