Something odd and funny, happens occasionally

Over the years, with external thumbs or SD cards, this occasionally show up. The "created" date is 1969. I'm pretty sure home computers / SD cards didn't exist then :0

Unix time starts at Jan 1 1970 and computer time is measured from there.
If there's a time stamp error it goes back to Jan1 1970 UTC- which is Greenwhich Mean time and 6pm for you means you are at -6.
