I notice often the AOD is too bright or too dim or behaves a bit strangely. Today I went to walk the dog (cloudy out). Came back inside and looked down at my wrist and noticed the watch was in AOD mode and was at its peak brightness (looked like 3000 nits). I left my arm at my side and it stayed at peak brightness for several minutes until I raised it to view the time then the brightness went to normal and was no longer in AOD mode. Ive seen this happen a couple of times. I hope it's just software bugs.

Mine's never too bright, but it's too dim a good deal of the time. (AWU2 using AOD, the highest brightness setting)

I’m noticing the screen is a bit dim as well. Does the front screen of the AWU2 have two small circular sensors behind the glsss? I can see a bigger one and a smaller one when the sunlight is really bright outside

I don't know, I haven't noticed them, but I rarely look at my watch outside.
