I'm on macOS 10.13.6 and iOS 15.4.1 on iPhone XS.

I have a playlist of 3,500 fav songs in my iTunes (my own collection, not Apple Music) on Mac. Initially all the songs will sync just fine with my iPhone, so that when I check Settings / General / About on iPhone all 3,500 songs will appear there and I can play them without a problem from the Music app on iPhone.

However, after a few days (weeks?), all of a sudden about 100 songs will disappear from my iPhone, resulting in only 3,397 songs when I check "About" on iPhone. It seems always the same songs disappear (I know for sure for about 10-15 of them, while the rest I'm not sure which ones exactly they are). Btw, when I open the Music app the albums will still be there, however the songs will be missing inside the albums.

Why does that happen and how to fix it?

P.S.: I don't use Apple Music nor did I ever activate it.

P.S.S.: if I go to Settings / Music / Downloaded Music on iPhone, all the songs appear there (at least I can tell for sure for the 10-15 songs mentioned above), yet inside the Music app they are not visible, nor can I locate them with a Search option for example.
