Hello guys, I updated my itunes (Windows 8 x64) and I'm using iTunes Match and Apple Music. In my personal laptop all things are working properly, but in my working laptop I'm facing a problem.
In my working laptop with the iCloud Library off I can listen to AM normally, but when I turn it on (because I have some songs uploaded) every time I click to listen to a song, it starts to play and to load the song (the grey bar). When the load it's finished, it skips to the next song and do the same thing again and again. So I listen about 5, 6 seconds of the song and goes to the next.
When I try to download a file (Uploaded in the cloud, not available at AM), iTunes keeps downloading the same file like 3 or 4 times before get me an error. I tried to download an album, I got 2 songs (because AM have them) and error in the other 10.
When iCloud Library it's on it happens to every song (AM and uploaded). So I can't use it, because I can't listen to the songs without downloading them, and when I try to download most of the times I get an error.
Does anyone now how can I solve this? I'm using Windows 8, iTunes 12.2.
I tried to log out and log in again in the account; to create a new library; to de authorize and authorize again the machine; to disable iCloud library and enable again.
