iPod touch Songs won't reset after being skipped...

So every time i cycle back to that song in either the playlist or through the library it is at the exact same time position.

I'm using a 64gb 3rd gen Ipod touch, i've had this problem from firmware
3.3.2 -> 4.0.2

I've tried resetting the settings, doing a full backup delete and restore...

Hi,
The issue is in iTunes. Go to iTunes and select all the songs it is doing it for, (CTRL-A for windows, not sure about mac, whatever select all is) then go to get info, it'll ask you about editing multiple items, hit yes. Then go to the "options" tab of the info window. You will see "Remember Position", Make sure it is unchecked and "No" is selected. Hit OK, resync, it should be fixed. Hope I helped

yeah tried that, selected all songs and the went to get info and then options, the resume option wasn't ticked and when i tried to tick it for all so i could take it off again the save would hold so...

well atleast the 4th gen is coming out soon and it looks like a bloody good buy, might even get the 64gb again
