Sonnet/Encore 1.0 ghz Processor

I am looking to upgrade my g4 powermac to a sonnet/encore 1.0 ghz processor (currently at 450 MHz). Does anyone use this processor? Is it a good buy for $200? Anything postive or negative about the processor would be nice.
