does anyone have the sonnet echo express card ? http://www.sonnettech.com/product/echoexpresscard34thunderbolt.html

I am considering one of these along with the usb 3 / cards for external disk storage since usb3 options are cheap and there are more options than thunderbolt

so far I haven't found to much details on real life tests of this

Am I right in thinking that this..

    Sonnet's Echo™ Express PCIe 2.0 Expansion Chassis with Thunderbolt™

will mean we can connect anything up to a mac via PCI? i.e. graphics cards/satellite cards and get them to work along with it?

Yes as long as it's PCIe and doesn't require more power than is available from the chassis. However for it to work under OSX the card would need OSX drivers.
