SONOMA 14.7.4 Logic Pro 11.1.2 (OCLP 2.3.1) Problem

Hello
Do any of you use Logic Pro on a Mac Pro 5.1 with Sonoma?
After opening Logic the lines are missing in the Arrange window and only when I close the project and create a new one are the lines there again.
Do any of you have the same problem?
I have the same problem on another Mac.

Mac Pro 5.1
AMD Radeon RX 580 8 GB
