Sonoma Safari 17 video randomly autoplaying

I have an annoying bug since a few month: video will randomly start when reloading a tab or scrolling. It happened on several website with video from several streamer.

When the bug happen I can really reproduce it easily. If I pause the video and scroll up and down the video will resume playing.

I've tried to disable Wipr and it's still happening. No other extension. I'm using a VPN tho.

Stop media with sound is enabled for all website on Safari's Website preference.

Does anyone have any clue?

already done, doesn't change a thing. Video will autoplay WITH sound randomly.
