I'll either be getting a 32gb, cellular, space gray iPad Air or an iPad Mini Retina with the same specs. The two tablets are so close now that it really comes down to which is more convenient to use. I want to go to a store and see them both in person before I make a decision.

Probably a 32GB T-Mobile iPad Air in White. If they only have black available, I'd be fine with that to.

The last two times I purchased an iPad, I told the product specialist at the Apple store just to pick a random color with my desired specs. Has worked well so far, ended up with one of each color over the past two cycles 🙂
