Sorry im new to this...but in need help

ok i accidentally deleted my my system preferences from my mac book air and from my understanding you can email this system preferences and i can download it to my mac agian

You can get it back by using your Restore DVDs that came with your computer or a retail version of OSX to "archive and install" your system again

Or you can use a program called Pacifist to extract it from the "package" on your DVDs

i tried that but... with my dvd but i dont have a dvd drive on my macbook air. and i tired the remote disc.

sorry i tried the remote disc with my pc but it wont pick up my wifi

Sounds like you need the MacBook Air Superdrive then.

It's a Superdrive(CD/DVDwriter/player) that connects to the MacAir via the USB port.

K, here is my System Prefrences (MacBook C2D, 2007 Leopard 10.5.8)
