To this day this stupid message still happens. 8 HomePods around the house. All updated. Been reset so many times. Wi-Fi coverage excellent. Ridiculous Apple. Worse product ever created by Apple. Absolutely worse.
I have that problem from time to time. I found unplugging / plugging in the HomePod again seems to solve the problem (temporarily until the next time).
That’s the frustrating thing. It works for a bit then back to stupid again. If the sound wasn’t so good i would have given up already. I don’t plan on buying new ones till they fix this.
