Hi, I remember seeing a cydia tweak whereby you can sort the build in iphone settings data usage by usage size instead of app name. I tried googling for it but I can't seem to be able to find it. Does anyone know what it's called?

you have it backwards, it's sorted by data size not app name by default
Huh? Under Settings > Mobile > Use mobile data for:
Isn't it sorted alphabetically instead of amount of data usage?

well that explains it lol. so what is it? i won't be having ios8 until i upgrade to the 6s

You have it. He means "Cellular". I'm on 8.1 and have no mobile in settings either. The list is under cellular where you can turn off data for specific apps
