Sorting options?

I don't understand why the "view options" is so complicated. I can't sort my folders one certain way but I'm hoping it's just me.

Is there a way to sort folders by greatest size first, and least size last. The thing flip-flopped on me (least is the top, greatest last). Also, is there a way to sort the files/folders with Labels (Color tags) first instead of last? It's annoying that those are specifically color labeled for a REASON, yet will show at the bottom of a folder when you set it to "List by Label"

I see. While that does make sense, my original question meant in the "Icons," and not "List". Sorry for the confusion.
