iPod touch Sorting Videos on iPod touch

It seems as though my iPod sometimes gets a little confused about how to group videos together. In some cases, as in Dr. Horrible in the picture below, it groups them together, but in others, like with the two CSI episodes, it leaves them ungrouped. I've looked at the Get Info pages for both, and Dr. Horrible doesn't seem to have any more sorting information than CSI. Has anyone else run into this? What am I missing?

I believe it only groups together 3 or more.

Unless there are 3 or more episodes of a certain TV show, it will group the episodes separately. Basically, add another CSI episode and it will group them all together.

You are right. I just took one of the Dr. Horrible Episodes off and, sure enough, no grouping.

I don't really want to have to buy my videos in groups of three, but I'm anal enough to ask: Does anyone know a hack to get it to group by default?
