Carrier SOS 911 mayday dummy has white screen on iPhone 4 .. Approx 4 yrs old

Here's the run down of this phones life in short as can be

Fallen out of trees many times 60-75 feet ( former owner/ climber of/for tree services ) thrown , run over , hit , slammed - into walls , machines , trees , & what ever ... Frozen ( 0*-5* Fahrenheit lowest ) over heated ( desert heat 105*-117* ) both in the same day .... Been through hell & back again

Back got cracked little by little ( had otter box switched to life proof )
Cracked front screen 2-3 months ago while in life proof case ( my fault )
Took out of case ( don't ask me why , just did. ) & it got wet/damp
Screen died but still rang ....
Got it fixed few days later ... New back , new front , minor repair to board ...
Wire broke from. Board to view screen

All fixed in 36 hrs (Wednesday morning ) whooooo hoooooo

Now white screen .... Won't reboot , turn off ,nothing .... Yes I looked / searched for cures / solutions , basic the 2 functions to turn off or Reboot. Nothing
