Anyone else appear to have the new SOS emergency feature missing? Can't seem to see it in the general settings.

What device? And this is with iOS 10.2 beta 2 that was just released today?

Is your region set to Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Japan, Russia, Spain, UK, or US? Only thing I can think of.

I almost forgot it was a new feature in 10.2. Today, I went to go find it and it's nowhere to be found. Research online shows it should be right under General in settings, but it doesn't exist on my device.

I'm on iOS 10.2 UK - SOS is still there, but dont want to test it!

That's Emergency SOS on the Apple Watch. Everyone has that, but in 10.2 there is a feature introduced for Emergency SOS on the iPhone itself. That is the feature we're talking about being missing.

Ok, didn't realise this is / was available on an iPhone.
Hopefully it will be restored soon, as its a great idea.
