Hi Guys praying someone can help me here! last night i decided to put the developer version of ios 7 on my iphone 5. Now i used it this morning and my phone had everything on it, music, pics apps, contacts etc etc. i decided that ios 7 was to glitchy and wanted to put 6.1.4 back on it. i synced my phone just before starting this process again. i then followed the iclarified instructions on how to go back. this worked however when it came to restoring the backup of my phone an error message appeared saying that the software on the phone was to old for the backup, i would have to restore it to a new phone then update the software then restore from back up. i went along restoring it as a new phone. i then went to restore from my backups and all i am getting is old back ups and the ones that have been made toda when i've restored my phone. i can't see any of the backups made from last night for some reason.

Is there anyway of finding these backups i'm really worried here that i've lost everything from my phone, this would be a nightmare!

i'm not the best at this stuff, if you need anymore info ask away and i'll try and provide it, i can take screenshots and stuff.

praying for a fix here guys!!

Step 1. If you didn't understand this was happening you're not a developer and shouldn't be messing with the beta.

Step 2. iTunes only keeps 1 backup at a time, which means your last backup is of your iOS 7 phone.

Step 3. If you're on Mountain Lion, time machine still backs up but doesn't write to the time machine until you plug it in. Try doing a time machine backup and then see if you can go back in time to find your iTunes backup. If you don't know what any of that means, see step 1.

Did you read step 3? Do the backup, it will add recent history to your time machine.

You have a fresh new phone. Uncluttered and ready for apps.
