On my iPhone X. If I dismiss the sos mode screen by covering up the cover from Apple folio case, then my Face ID still work (instead of forcing password). I can still login with Face ID. Anyone else seeing this issue? I called Apple support and they told me this is intended behavior. This basically is saying if you have Apple folio case, your sos mode will not disable Face ID. That does not sound right....it sounds very insecure.
