Sound Cards on Mac Pro

Hi all, I have a Asus Xonar DG Sound Card taken out of a now defunct PC, will this work in my Mac Pro 3.1 ? I know there are no Mac drivers online at all for this card, but just thought that it might work.

Any help will be appreciated.

It looks like the Xonar DG is PCI not PCIe, so it wouldn’t work.

@ Kaspin. Yes you are right, I opened up the Mac Pro and the forward PCIe is too big on the card.
