Apple Music "Sound Check" in iOS 17 - Do you have it enabled or disabled?

If you have it disabled, Why?

volume is too low across the board and since all my music is from Apple Music most of it doesn’t have problems. It’s not like tv commercials vs the actual program where one is significantly louder from track to track.

If you have it disabled, Why?

I have Sound Check enabled and EQ off.

Sound Check gives a bit of consistency track-to-track without affecting sound quality.

I'd like to use EQ, especially when listening to Apple Music in the car, but the presets are horrendous.
