This on an iPhone 14+ Running 26.3.1(a)
We listen to Apple Music every evening on my iPhone connected via BlueTooth to a SoundCore portable speaker.
Normally, SoundCheck's performance is acceptable, if not very impressive.
Last night Apple Music offered up the Favorite Songs playlist. I gave it a go.
Oddly, the first few tracks were songs I'd never heard before and certainly not favorite songs.
After a while the playlist settled down and actually found songs that I (we?) like.
But, and this is a big but (no pun intended), every track played at a volume quite different from the previous track. This meant that I had to manually adjust the volume every time a new song began - up, down, whatever. After a while this got annoying and I abandoned the Favorite Songs playlist and went back to my Apple Music Radio Station which always offers up an eclectic but highly appropriate mix of songs.
So, did I do something wrong or is Sound Check really that inconsistent when it comes to properly adjusting track volume?
