Fishrrman macrumors Penryn Feb 20, 2009 29,732 13,842 Nov 10, 2017 #4 What year is the MBPro? Is it still under warranty or AppleCare? If so, take it to an Apple Store. Could be some kind of software problem. Have you tried PRAM and SMC resets?
