The output is stuck on internal speakers when I plug in my headphones. I've done PRAM and SMC resets, but it doesn't fix it.
The only thing that seems to fix it is restarting, but I don't want to do that every time I need to use my headphones. After a while, it gets stuck again and I have to do yet another restart.
