Sound out of sync

For some reason the sound of my Apple TV 3 is out of sync for a couple of days now. First I thought it was Netflix. But I just watched a movie trailer and it was also out of sync.

While watching Netflix, I solved the problem by stopping the stream and restart it again. But tonight that wouldn't help anymore.

Any ideas of why this started happening and how to solve it?
