Hi Everyone,

I got a new ipod touch yesterday (Week 38) and loaded up the new firmware before using it. I have this problem when I don't use the ipod for a while and turn it on, the sound is only coming from the left earpiece. It seems to be resolved by changing the EQ profile and then turning the device off completely and back on.

I've tried different headphones and messed around with the Jack (unplugging etc) when sound is working in both earpieces, and it doesn't have any effect at all. So I don't think this is a hardware problem???

Anyone experiencing anything similar or have any idea how to fix it?

Cheers!

FYI I've got a week 38 and have upgraded to 1.1.1 Not having any problems with sound. I consider the sound quality noticeably better than my first generation IPod Nano.
