Sound settings reset

Suddenly all my sound settings reset themselves today. I got a call and it was the marimba ringtone. So I checked and all the sounds were set to default. I'm on a 4s with 5.0.1

Anyone else ever see this?

Hasn't happened again since. But I realized that it even turned the lock noise back on.

This just happened to my iPhone 6. had to manually go through all my apps and settings, such a drag... anyone know what causes this, or how to avoid it?
