You'd need to use headphones, ideally AirPods Pro I would think. Not really any different than any other device you'd use to watch a movie on a plane. If I wanted to watch a movie with the Vision Pro on say an airplane,
would the people around me hear the audio?
If you can afford the AVP, then you can afford to buy an extra battery pack. Problem solved.Audio isn’t pumped into your brain so I’m sure they would. You’ll have that huge thing on your face and most likely airpods in as well all for an amazing 2hr battery life.
You can use any bluetooth headphones yesCan you use AirPods Max with this? I absolutely cannot use earbuds. My ears get irritated so easily I need to use over-ear headphones. And I just generally despise earbuds.
Technically yes I would imagine, but it doesn't seem like it would fit over the headstraps super well. Can you use AirPods Max with this? I absolutely cannot use earbuds. My ears get irritated so easily I need to use over-ear headphones. And I just generally despise earbuds.
Apple probably expects you to use the Vision Pro with Air Pods Pro 2 for Spatial Audio. You can use any bluetooth headphones yes
Apple said only the USB-C AirPods Pro were compatible with the AVP.Apple probably expects you to use the Vision Pro with Air Pods Pro 2 for Spatial Audio.
Really? No bluetooth headphone compatibility?Apple said only the USB-C AirPods Pro were compatible with the AVP.
Straight from the horse’s mouth:Really? No bluetooth headphone compatibility?
Dual-driver audio pods positioned next to each ear deliver personalized sound while letting you hear what’s around you. Spatial Audio makes sounds feel like they’re coming from your surroundings. Audio ray tracing analyzes your room’s acoustic properties to adapt and match sound to your space. And if you want to use headphones with Apple Vision Pro, AirPods Pro (2nd generation) with USB‑C offer the perfect experience, featuring Lossless Audio with ultra-low latency enabled by the H2 chip in both devices.
The Apple ad shows a woman wearing AirPods with the VP in an airplane so I believe the built-in speakers would be audible to nearby people. Probably quiet, but audible. If I wanted to watch a movie with the Vision Pro on say an airplane,
would the people around me hear the audio?
I don’t get no Bluetooth headphone compatibility from that. It says AirPods Pro 2nd Gen USBC provide the perfect headphone experience, not the only headphone experience.Straight from the horse’s mouth:
Apple have not worded that well. Vision Pro is compatible with bluetooth headphones. AirPods Pro 2nd gen don't even have a wired connection.Straight from the horse’s mouth:
That's not right. Apple said the USB-C AirPods Pro are required for lossless audio. Every other bluetooth headset will work fine, just not with lossless.Apple said only the USB-C AirPods Pro were compatible with the AVP.
Correct, they are connected by the H2 chip in both devices.Apple have not worded that well. Vision Pro is compatible with bluetooth headphones. AirPods Pro 2nd gen don't even have a wired connection.
The AirPods Pro 2 with USB case are the only earphones that offer lossless audio with the Vision Pro. Other earphones will work with lossy audio.Straight from the horse’s mouth:
No, no, no. Other AirPods will work. Only the APP USB C will offer lossless audio, and only those that came with the USB C base. The add on USB C base will not allow lossless audio.Apple said only the USB-C AirPods Pro were compatible with the AVP.
OK where does it say this because Apple’s own page only mentions the USB-C AirPods. Really want to know Because I can’t find it.No, no, no. Other AirPods will work.
