Sounds all mixed up

So I've noticed that as the week has progressed, my alert sounds have changed on their own and now except my two email box alerts, ALL of my alert sounds are wrong. My ESPN APP used to have the Sportscenter theme for the alert. That app now has the standard alert sound. My local news app now has the ping that Facebook Messenger used to have and theFacebook Messenger now has my standard text sound.

Have you tried restarting?

Yes, but I haven't tried to reset it.

Wonky sounds are an issue with 10. Restarting works, but sometimes isn't a lasting fix.

Yeah, I tried the restart, but it didn't work for me. So far, today the reset has worked. For how long, thats the $64,000 question.
