iPhone Sounds from themes won't work on iPhone 5s

Okay so some themes from cydia come with custom sounds, and after I apply the theme on my iPhone 5s, all stock sounds still play. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Don't use winter board but the stock sounds are in system/library/audio/uisounds if you want to check to see if the folder and sounds are named correctly...
