Sounds like there's Water in my MBP

Sometimes when I move it it almost sounds like there's some water in a tank somewhere in my laptop. 😱

What am I hearing?

Where does it come from?

Could it be the spinning platter(s) of the internal HDD or even the fans at low speed?
Could it be the Sudden Motion Sensor?

Seems to be the right side of my MBP.

Brand new one by the way.
