Sounds Muted With FaceID?

I thought that audible notifications were to be muted with FaceID when using your phone? I went through all the settings and did not see anything regarding that. Perhaps they omitted that feature and will come in a new 11.X update down the road.

They definitely reduce in noice when faceid is being used.
