I was looking at all of the things SoundSource can control on My Mac Studio. I noticed something new, HomePod XR. I have not used the HomePods much, in fact they have been annoying. The version of Siri they have sucks even worse then the Siri lurking on the iPad. I designated HomePod XR as the primary output on SoundSource and I was shocked with› the difference. With SoundSource I have complete control of the HomePods. No trying to get their voice controls to get them to work. They are now a nifty set of wireless computer speakers.
