Powerbook G4 Laptop using ASDL Modem and Airport Express having a terrible time with Soundsticks which worked fine prior to utilization of Express. I have updated firmware and am current in all other applicable
updates. I have done permissions and restarts without any success beyond
having the Soundsticks work for about a couple of minutes and then Sound
drops to nearly above a whisper. I have checked the connections repeatedly
and have relocated the system to another part of my house to troubleshoot
distortions(harmonic/magnetic or otherwise)...
I must also state the fact that my memory of 50gs is nearly used up with
about 7gs remaining. USB run speakers may need more for optimal results? Is this a factor? only a guess...
I have resorted to continually restarting computer and playing with connections to obtain sound which lasts as long as my patience...Patience
wrapper was removed and am now here in the hopes of answers beyond
my scope of knowledge.
