Source Error

So I was trying to add a source, specifically
"http://theworm.altervista.com/cydia" but it gave me some error (that i ignored because I was able to download from the source. After finding the app from the source didn't work, i deleted the app and removed the source. However, everyone in a while, when Im moving around in cydia, i get the following error:

"Error: Refreshing Data
Failed to fetch
http://theworm.altervista.com/cydia/./Packages.bz2 Sub-process/bin/bzip2 returned an error code (2)

Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or new ones used instead."

Any ideas on how to stop these error messages?

Remove the offending source from the source list. Other then that there is no way around it.
