i don't think this question is so cut and dry. southpark being one of my favorite and most watched shows, i'd have to give it a breakdown...

cartman is the funniest and most ridiculous.
kyle and stan are funny because of how ridiculous the southpark universe is.
butters makes me laugh the most.
Stan's Dad would be my favorite if he was more prominent.

then you have people who are always awesome, like mr mackie, mr garrison, and of course... The *new* Police Chief.


i'm sorry i made an easy question difficult, but i <3 southpark too much to not include so many people in my answer.
