Just got a notification that my card declined. Dang Amex...why did it decline? I tried it again and it failed so I switched to a debit card that went through.

I've not hear of any of us in Wave 2 getting any movement. I'm at XX:04:56 and have not had any change. Patience is not my strong suite.

Same window here, email received at 3:05am Eastern (NYC) no movement here AT ALL and my Amex still has not been charged, I bought Apple Care as well and that charge vanished within 2 days from my account althought by balance suggests otherwise.

I ordered the 42mm SG on Tuesday 4/21. Hoping I won't have to wait until June but I won't get my hopes up. If it ships early, awesome. If it doesn't, no big deal. I couldn't make my mind up if I wanted one or not and I didn't want to do another 3AM pre-order.

I ordered before 12:04 but that's when I Recieved my email conf; what else could I have done? I'm pretty sure it was at 12:02 when the store finally opened and it took a minute or two before the email came.
