I wonder if Apple accounts for all the flying of products from China when they report their carbon footprint? There are 3 - 747's, one 763 and an MD 11 flying crom Anchorage to Louisville right now plus anothe MD 11 going to CA. That is after the 7 or 8 flights from various airports in Asia to Alaska earlier today. Granted not all of that cargo is Apple products.

By the way, if it makes you feel any better, each of those tables is custom made just for Apple and costs $20,000 apiece to make!
So I got a shipment notification from UPS but I couldn't figure out what was happening. So I checked all my orders from Apple and it still says processing. Apparently my dad had something shipped to my house. So I got my hopes up for nothing. SUCH A TEASE!!!

Here's a timeline for people to have some sort of an idea what's going on.
I am in Melbourne, Australia.
I ordered a Sport SG 42mm with Black Strap at 5:06pm on April 10th.
Apple attempted to charge my card yesterday (April 27th) at 6:10pm but was unsuccessful.
I put in the exact same payment details which worked for some reason at 6:26pm.
A little before 7pm my order went from processing to preparing for shipment.
At 10:15am this morning (April 28th) I got a notification that my watch has now been shipped and is expected to be delivered tomorrow (April 29th).
Currently I have a valid tracking number with TNT Australia, but no events have been associated with it.
Fingers crossed I get my watch tomorrow!

I ordered two watches around 7pm (NY) the first day of preorders, after my try on appointment. Both scheduled for June. One was delivered today and the other is the one they emailed me about.
Not sure on that. I ordered my 42MM Space Gray BSB at X:04:31 (confirmation email) and I got pushed back to the 5/13-5/27 group. Delivering to Omaha.

It is believed that only the plane from Shanghai is carrying Apple Watches, but perhaps from Hong Kong, too. No telling. All those planes coming from Anchorage come from all over Asia. They are not all carrying the watch. They are just part of UPS daily worldwide deliveries. I know Apple adds to the traffic and may contract whole planes, but today only one from Anchorage is from Shanghai (Shenzhen Bao'an Int'l). If the watches are coming from another area then perhaps more than one plane is carrying some. Can you imagine how many watches fit on a 777 cargo plane?

I think both of ours are on the same truck. Mine should be heading towards Pittsburgh. My tracking number has said the same thing since 4:20 PM, but before that it said delivery on the 28th by 3:00pm.
darn, I just saw that plane flying from anchorage to ontario originated from Hong kong and got excited... so only the Shenzhen airport origination will have the watches?
Hang in there Brother our time is coming very soon if things keep trending the way they are.(w/ some exceptions here and there#Lol) been here fr quite a few days as well.

same.. i called UPS and spoke to a human!!!
She told me that it should be at my UPS facility tomorrow for pick-up...
I don't know if anyone on the boards knows for sure, but that is the location of the last few shipments of iPhones etc. I do notice a lot of planes from Hong Kong, but I don't think past Apple products have come from there. Could be, but most I've read feel that it is doubtful they are shipping from Hong Kong. They are most likely made at Quanta in Shanghai or perhaps further north, both of which point to Shanghai as the exporting airport, but only a few know for sure.
