I feel like I have a weird situation.
I clicked the order button and it loaded fine at 3:02AM EST. I was even using the website and not the mobile app. BUT I received my email at 3:08AM.
I am in the 4/24-5/8 delivery window. Still processing. SG Sport. I'm in the Atlanta, Georgia area.

I ordered a 42mm SG with black band at 3:01 and got my email at 3:02 EST. I was charged yesterday at 5... an hour later around 6 or so it was changed to prepared for shipment. I have not yet received a tracking number today though.. Still hopefull for Friday

No tracking on UPS or Fedex yet, anyone in SoCal have a UPS tracking #?
I think they might be delivered with FedEx (my iPhone 6 was).

In the past all of my launch day Apple products have been FedEx, but I have moved since the last time I did this so who knows, I am sure it varies city to city.
I remember when I got my iPhone 5 it came in an unmarked van from FedEx and the guy walked up, handed it to me and yelled "Woooo! iPhone Day!", got in his van and left. Awesome.

So has anyone with a space gray sport received a tracking number yet? Through my UPS or whatever everyone seems to be getting them from.
Off topic, do some states charge more sales tax? Mine came out to 423 and have seen numbers all over the place
Yes, some states charge more, some less, some none and some states (Colorado for instance) charges by zip code.

Time of your email confirmation, and when did it change to preparing for shipment?
Edit: sorry, but are SG orderers after :03/:04 seeing their order status actually change tonight?

I'm starting to become less certain that I will see a Friday delivery. I just have a feeling that when they gave us the 4/24-5/8 window they actually meant it (unlike past preorders). This may just be exhaustion speaking. Going to bed now. Maybe we'll all have a nice surprise tomorrow
