This makes US buyers like me aaaaaangry haha. I ordered on 4/11 and still waiting. People who ordered like 3 hours after midnight are still waiting.
I'm a "first weekender" (4/12) and my status (as of this morning) remains "5-6 Weeks - June 22-June 29" for my 42mm SG. At the glacial pace they are keeping, I can't imagine I'm going to get mine any earlier than the date they've quoted. As I've said before, I honestly believe I'll be picking up my watch in an Apple Store before I pick it up off my front porch.I've posted in the May29-Jun11 thread that mine went PFS this morning. SG BSB 42mm ordered 2:35:17 (h:m:s) after ordering went live. I would imagine these threads will wind down once they FINALLY fill all the preorders. It's difficult to believe they are still filling US orders in the first few hours ordering went live a full month after the watch was supposed to be generally available but I think our long national nightmare is over (Apple watch preorders, not just David Letterman).
Hate to pour petrol on the fire dude's but thought you might want some feedback.
42mm SG BSB ordered @ 16:17 on 15/04/2015 (That's UK date).
Original shiping estimate = June, changed to 22/06/2015~29/06/2015, today has changed to 17/06/2015~24/06/2015.
Still TWO months on from pre-order date, but feeling slightly better the weeks are "winding" down .. so to speak.
The experience has taught me a lesson. I'll wait for when version 2 comes out in the shops rather than using the pre-order system from Apple again. I'm not mad, just a very dissapointed and frustrated customer.
I wanted it as birthday present for myself, way back on the 28th April. Fat chance eh!!!!

How long does it take to change from preparing for shipment to shipped? My order just change from processing to PFS yesterday...
Mine change yesterday from processing to PFS and si still there. Hope it changes soon to shipped...
Good call going with the 38 mm, no reason to spend over $350 for the watch, hopefully they'll be worth about 250 next year when I upgrade to the second GEN, I hope the watches are like most Apple products and hold their value

Nobody cares about the 38's because they aren't in demand like the 42's.... I think we just crossed over into day two or the preorder on the 42's.
I don't think it's really that smart of a move to go with a 38. It has a small surface area meaning smaller touch targets and the 42 is suppose to have a slightly bigger battery. Both worth the additional $50... You're already spending $350 + tax + AppleCare+.... Another $50 isn't going to hurt.

A watch is a fashion item (to me). Refer to the styling guide https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1865238/. My wrist is 150mm, a 42mm watch looks like a giant G-Shock on me.
Yeah I get that... But when it comes to a resale value... You'll have better luck selling it next year had it been a 42. Those were the things I thought about when deciding between a 38 and 42.

I have a 175mm wrist, almost 7 inches, The 42 mm looked okay but a tad big to me, 38 mm was great

They attempted to charge my card, for some reason it didn't go through -- entered the exact same info again, and it 'took'. My original date range has now changed to between June 3rd thru June 5th -- had there not been the payment glitch, it would've been this week

Finally some movement! Mine changed from June 22-29 to June 5-8. This is perfect, as I expect to leave for a couple weeks on June 10. Good timing!
