May 2nd ordered here...got mine Saturday....still haven’t fully tinkered with it due to alcohol and recovery...maybe today.
Does your watch have the latest WatchOS 1.0.1 or does it need to be updated?
I guess this question goes out to anyone who received it in the past week or two.
That's nice. I get so tired of tech stuff that needs a software update before I can use it. I got my Apple watch only a few days after 1.0.1 went live so mine came without it. I decided to get some "miles" on my watch before applying the update a day or two later. At least for me the update was uneventful. Again kudos to Apple for getting the update into their pipeline so quickly. I've lost count of the number of times I've bought tech gadgets only to find they didn't arrive with updates that were 6 months old and sometimes even older.

I get notifications from my credit card company when any charges hit the card
it seems Apple will charge the card first then prepare for shipment.
Okay, so orders from the 5th started to go PFS on Sunday night... for a Wednesday delivery. Here's hoping orders from the 6-7th go PFS today, and 8-9th go tomorrow. That would mean I'd get my watch by Friday... hopefully.
I ordered mine on Saturday with some optimism that it might deliver within a week or so, but that doesn't look like the case...

Yeah... for my "plan" to work, your order would have to go FPS today, ship out tomorrow for a Thursday delivery...
Not out of the question... yet.
