That hasn't been the trend based on this week's events, but people can overnight stuff from Alaska if they get it in the afternoon, so technically it's possible!

I ordered my 38mm SG at XX:02:24am (with 4/24-5/8 delivery) and didn't receive the email of death, so I don't know what's up with that.

12:03 am PST confirmation
Charged yesterday about 2:45pm
Status still shows preparing for shipment
just checked UPS My Choice this morning and it shows delivery scheduled for 4/24

I know for me that when I order my iPhone 6 Plus 3 minutes after preordering started it said that I'd have to wait about 6-7 weeks for delivery. It turns out that I received mine a week after the first ones were delivered. I am confident (or just hopeful) that the same thing happens here with the iWatch (Yes, I know it is the Apple Watch but I think I will just always call it the iWatch).
 
Got the shipping number/ ups my choice confirmation on Tuesday. Status changed early this morning to shipped on Apple.com.
Space Grey 42 mm w/SB... 12:02 email. Midwest Delivery! :cool::cool:
 
Still holding out that I'll get some update tonight. Overnight shipping, so there's still hope... Right?? :(

I did get the supposed 'email of death' last night though... Wonder if that's a good thing or bad thing.
 
I think all of you who have gotten some sort of movement on your order (email from apple, tracking number, pending charge, or a watch linked to your Support profile) will be getting their Watches tomorrow. By all accounts it looks like the watches are already spread all over the world at distribution centers and will be overnighted over the course of the day.
The rest of us will get updates as more shipments are flown in. I don't think we'll be seeing any Saturday deliveries quite honestly, but for sure they will start back on Monday.

Usually updates have occurred late afternoon-mid evening EST.

I get what you are saying, but really? None of us thought that if we ordered within 3-4 minutes of launch we would not get the watch on launch day. That is the only thing that bothers me...:cool:

It would have been different if they said the first batch will go out within 2 weeks of launch day...that way, at least we know. Yeah, that was NOT going to happen.

There is still hope for tomorrow...but little hope.

Disclaimer: every time I make myself look like an ass...the company I am pissed at cones through...so I look like an ass...lol ;)

I ordered my Space Grey Sport with black band 42mm at 315 am and got confirm email at 319am, only reason I ordered at that time was where I lived the website was down when I tried to get on at 301am lets just say that refresh button could file rape charges against me lol then watched that 4-6 weeks date slip away to June fml lmao but I'm still holding on that we will receive it this tomorrow or this weekend. I have a hard time believing that a company with the loyal fan base that other companies could of dreamed of to have and is going to be the first TRILLION dollar business underestimated or bs excuse oh new category for us blah blah lol when you're this big you don't get passes on those excuses lol with that in mind I hope/believe we will receive that black beauty in the next 3 days at most.

Im a shipping manager and work directly with UPS cut off time for customers is 7pm ( USA ) central time. even the drop off boxes are by 7pm thats just for regular customers . Something like an apple launch they brokered at deal trust me and it will little later as well . Last time my shipping label was processes and shipped til very late round 11pm .

There is still a window , small but still a change, For those order they will do next day air saver which mean afternoon delivery not morning

Haven't been able to fully catch up on the thread this morning, but are there still any in "Prepared For Shipment" but with tracking info and no email from Apple saying "Shipped"?
42mm SG charged yesterday afternoon, and I do have a UPS ref number. UPS says it should be here by Friday, but at this point it only has the shipping label created. Should I be concerned?
 
4-23 Shipping Notifications

For those who just got shipping notifications, what time did you order? And, were you stuck in "processing" till now?

I ordered a SG Sport 42mm at xx:04 and have been stuck in processing purgatory. No charge, etc., and the dreaded useless email from Apple last night.
