Space Gray Orders Post here!

Woke up at 5:30am EST and am really just in shock that I got up at 3:00am to order and am getting nothing today. What a drag. 3:04:33 order confirm.

I am however getting the Amazon Echo today...at least I have something to play with till I get the watch.
 
So, what the heck happened with the 38mm SG watch? It appears they were blindsided by its popularity, but I think I've seen confirmation of (maybe) one of them shipping. Or...perhaps Apple forget they were offering the SG cuz it was all the way over on the selection page??
Apple exec wakes up in a cold sweat: "Oh crap--we totally forgot to order the Space Greys! We've got some test run 42s, but virtually no 38s! I told Jony not to put that one so far over to the right!!" ;)
 
42 SG delivered this morning. Have faith.

At least some one on my office got their Apple watch today! Hope to see mine soon....

If you haven't gotten a charge or shipping notification it's not happening. I'm a 38mm 3:04am orderer and haven't heard crap except that lame email.
 
My tracking was really odd, but its in town regardless, office is close to where their truck departs so hopefully have it in the next few hours (42 sg sport):

Bleh, woke up to nothing. Pretty deeply disappointed in Apple over this launch. Kind of don't even want the watch anymore since I'll be reminded of this week's ******** every time I look at it....

Oh please. Your life will go on well after this "botched launch". In a month everyone will be talking about how they're bored with the watch and want something better.

Didn't say my life wouldn't be going on. The launch is botched, for sure and I'm allowed to be frustrated over not receiving my watch today.

It was botched in a very bad way. Promising folks getting them early, handing them for free to celebs while paying customers got stiffed, going out of order with orders, I let Tim Cook have it in an email. This is the worst Apple launch in history. And it's on Tim's watch.
 
For those of us in the 5/13 window, we have nothing to complain about. We were never in the 4/24 window. With that being said I'd love to get charged today for my 3:04 EDT order.
 
Not only that but their "exclusive" online ordering with in store purchasing not available until June, was bs. Saw on Good Morning America there are 4 stores that actually have stock and will be selling them in store. Feel hosed
 
I woke up this morning, checked the updates, and decided to be thankful for the things I have in my life that really matter.

I guess when you placed your order, you were offered a hard delivery date of 4/24 instead of a 4/24 - 5/8 window like the rest of us. I guess if you were offered the 4/24 - 5/8 window you wouldn't have placed your order.

I agree, when you think about you have a perfectly capable iPhone, prolly the new one to. So you aren't missing out on much beside the hype and the tactic engine to be honest. I'm just gonna watch some reviews today and be happy I'm not getting it in June. And who knows nothing's impossible we could all be surprised but I'm not counting on it.
 
I got up at 3am. I'm not getting mine on launch day. It's a leisure item, it is not a big deal. I'll get it when it comes, which I am sure will be soon.

If you think this isn't fair, imagine how the people in impoverished countries without clean running water or fresh food feel.
